Unicam's bespoke designed kiosks and retail counters bring the latest in Retail Merchandising Unit (RMU) technology, with a range of products and services designed to enhance the retailer and operator experience. We offer in-house solid surface design and fabrication facilities, working with Corian, Hi-Macs, Avonite and Hanex manufacturers. We also offer full Class 0 Fire rated solutions.

UniLine Retail Merchandising is a proven concept to strengthen the Unicam Mobile Store range and has been designed to be contemporary, robust but above all...economical.

UniLine is a modular system which can be changed and expanded at any time but more importantly can be supplied in a flat pack form to minimise installation costs and storage space if required.

Free Site Survey

A PortaShop professional will visit your site and evaluate the environment for suitability and to help identify the optimal design solution for your situation and requirements. We will submit a site report and proposal for you without obligation or charge.

During this meeting we will ascertain your budget, maximum space available, colours, specification and any other relevant details. From here we will generate a 3D visual reflecting your thoughts along with our design input. If you are looking for a standard solution from our range then we would still provide you with a 3D visual and offer you options on finish and specification at this stage.

 

Ordering & Manufacture 

Once the design has been finalised and agreed then we will move into the production stage. All finishes will be presented to you as a swatch and a full specification list will be produced for approval. Once we have the inital payment or written instruction we will agree an installation date and begin production having given an
estimated lead time.

Delivery & Installation

At the point in the manufacture when we can safely estimate a completion date, we will liaise with all required parties to obtain passes for the installation on agreed date. We will supply Risk Assessments, Method Statements and any other required documentation to enable us to obtain approval to install from the site in question. We are fully flexible on installation days and times, being available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week to fit in with both client and shopping centre.

Once on site, we will be equipped with full 5 point PPE kit and will install the unit in accordance with agreed location in the design stage. We will remove any existing fixtures if agreed and always leave the site clean and free from any rubbish. The new unit will be fully tested and left in perfect condition ready for use the following morning if required. Photographs will be taken and a report sent to the client the next day detailing how the installation went, any issues to be attended to or any problems encountered on site. 

 

After Sales 

We are available to help the client or trader if they are in need of any assistance following the installation of the unit. In addition, we have a fleet of vehicles and technicians who are available nationwide to rectify any problems you may have with the unit.
